Music Law Press: LINKS & UPDATES

"...but where do I sign?" Volume One - CHAPTER FOUR (revised) - "Copyright Registration and Deposit"
Concurrently with publication of "But Where Do I Sign?" the United States Copyright Office – with the almost-predictable perversity of governmental agencies everywhere – initiated a new, primary system for copyright registration.
Official implementation of the electronic Copyright Office system (eCO) and the new Form CO as the Copyright Office's two preferred methods for registration applications -- including online deposit of copyright materials -- necessitated a complete revision of Chapter Four ("Copyright Registration and Deposit ") after we had already gone to press.
While subsequent printings of VOLUME ONE - THE ESSENTIALS will contain the newly revised and expanded chapter, it is made available here as an online supplement for the benefit of those who purchased this Volume before the expanded chapter could be incorporated.
